Our menu brings the flavours of the Silk Road to Nürnberg. We serve authentic Central Asian dishes made with fresh ingredients and traditional recipes. From hearty plov and fried Lagman to grilled kebabs and vegetarian options, there is something for everyone. All our meat is halal. We offer a range of starters, soups, main courses, grilled specials, drinks and desserts. Pricing is moderate — most main dishes are between €10 and €18. Starters and salads
Begin with fresh salads like Achichuk (tomato and onion), Spitzkohl salad, cucumber with soy sauce, aubergine salad or Shakarob. Vegetarian options available.
Soups
Warm up with Mastawa (rice soup), Mampar, beef soup or Lagman soup. Soups are served as a first course or as a light meal.
Main courses
Our signature main courses include Plov (rice pilaf with lamb and vegetables), Manti (steamed dumplings with beef or vegetable filling), Samsa (baked pastries), fried Lagman (hand-pulled noodles), Dolma (stuffed grape leaves), Qozon Kabob and Fleisch im Glas. We also serve Lagman soup. Vegetarian and vegan options are available for Manti and Samsa.
From the grill
Grilled specials: lamb cutlets, lamb shashlik, beef skewer, chicken fillet skewer, liver shashlik and chicken wings. Served with bread and sides.
Drinks and desserts
